Заказчику заключить договор с Победителем, в течение 20 рабочих дней, но не ранее 10 календарных дней с даты размещения на официальном сайте данного протокола, на поставку комплектующих и запасных частей к трансформаторам для обеспечения производственной программы и пополнения аварийного резерва филиала ОАО «МРСК Урала» - «Свердловэнерго» в 2018 году дополнительно, на сумму 72 302,80 руб. без НДС (85 317,30 руб. с НДС) со сроком поставки: в течение 45 календарных дней с момента заключения договора в объеме 1-го, 2-го, 3-го, 4-го кв. 2018 года и иными существенными условиями согласно документации о закупке и заявке Победителя.
