Заказчику заключить договор с Победителем, в течение 20 рабочих дней, но не ранее 10 календарных дней с даты размещения на официальном сайте данного протокола, на поставку комплектующих и запасных частей к трансформаторам для обеспечения производственной программы и пополнению аварийного резерва филиала ОАО «МРСК Урала» - «Свердловэнерго» в 4 кв. 2017, 2018 гг., на сумму 2 877 642,03 руб. без НДС (3 395 617,60 руб. с НДС) со сроком поставки: в течение 30 календарных дней с момента заключения договора в объеме 4 кв. 2017 года; в период с 01.12.2017 года по 20.12.2017 года в объеме 1-го квартала 2018 года; в период с 01.03.2018 года по 20.03.2018 года в объеме 2-го квартала 2018 года; в период с 01.06.2018 года по 20.06.2018 года в объеме 3-го, 4-го квартала 2018 года, и иными существенными условиями согласно документации о закупке и заявке Победителя.
