Payment for products in the framework of the Treaty in the following order:
Advance payment of 30% (thirty percent) of the price agreement within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the conclusion of the contract, invoices for transmission to the buyer and providing security for refund under the contract in accordance with section 16 of the Treaty.
Payment of the remaining part of the price agreement within 60 (sixty) calendar days after providing the documents to the buyer pursuant to paragraph 5.3. Treaty and signing merchandise invoice form Torg-12.
