Обоснование: 1. На основании п. 7.5.2. (б) Единого стандарта закупок, утвержденного Советом директоров ОАО «МРСК Урала» и п. 31 (в) Документации о закупке признать процедуру запроса цен на право заключения договора на поставку корпусов, панелей, шкафов, ящиков, блоков, боксов (распределения, управления, автоматики, обогревов) для обеспечения ремонтной программы, технологического присоединения филиала ОАО "МРСК Урала"-"Челябэнерго" в 2018г несостоявшейся – принято решение о допуске только одного Участника.
2. На основании положительного решения ЦЗО (выписка из протокола ЦЗО № 10-03/3 от 12.03.2018 г.) Заказчику заключить договор с ООО "Компания "ЭЛТОРГ" (620144, Россия, Свердловская обл., г. Екатеринбург, ул. Большакова, д. 153 Б, ИНН 6686045130, КПП 667101001, является субъектом МСП, микропредприятие) на поставку корпусов, панелей, шкафов, ящиков, блоков, боксов (распределения, управления, автоматики, обогревов) для обеспечения ремонтной программы, технологического присоединения филиала ОАО "МРСК Урала"-"Челябэнерго" в 2018г, на сумму 219 200,00 руб. без НДС (258 656,00 руб. с НДС), срок поставки в течение 30 календарных дней с момента заключения договора и иными существенными условиями согласно Документации и заявке Участника.
