Auto-extension

Payment terms:
The Buyer shall pay for each batch of the Products upon receipt, on condition that the Supplier has issued an invoice within the period not less than 30 (thirty) and not exceeding (sixty) calendar days after the Products are delivered to the warehouse and the invoice is presented. Settlement of accounts under the agreement shall be made in monetary funds, other forms of settlement of accounts that do not contradict with the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as by means of remittance of bills, etc.

Обоснование: На основании п. 4.5.12 Приложения №2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс» (Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур) предлагается признать несостоявшейся процедуру открытого запроса предложений №626399/307/16 на право заключения договора на поставку масел и смазок для нужд Филиала «Пермский» ПАО «Т Плюс», так как Организатору поступило одно предложение, соответствующее требованиям Заказчика от ООО «С-Комби» (юридический и фактический адрес 614036, Пермский край, г. Пермь, ул. Беляева, 19).
