The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.

Requirements to the bidders:
- Участник конкурса должен обладать необходимыми профессиональными знаниями и опытом, иметь ресурсные возможности (финансовыми, материально-техническими, производственными, трудовыми), управленческой компетентностью, опытом и репутацией;

Contract award criteria:
that is expected to debrief on the contest and the signing of the Protocol on the outcome between the customer and the winner will be made within 60 days from the date of expiry of the filing of applications for participation in the competition. The customer has the right, if necessary, modify this term.
Contract conclusion date:
the contract between the customer and the contest winner is signed on the basis of the summary shall, within 20 working days, but not earlier than 10 calendar days from the date of placing information about the results of the competition at the official site www.zakupki.gov.ru.
