Auto-extension

Payment terms:
If the Bidder does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties of the COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12 or UPD (Universal Transfer Document)) provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for Products:
- Original consignment note (COMPETITIVE Bidding Process form-12 or UPD (Universal Transfer Document)) for Products signed by the Parties – 2 copies;
- Original invoice – 1 copy;
- Original invoice – 1 copy.
If the Bidder belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer within 7 (Seven) business days from the date of delivery of the Products (date of signing by the Buyer of the invoice in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12/Act of acceptance and transfer of Products/UPD (Universal Transfer Document)) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. The invoice is issued by the Supplier on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account specified in Article 10 of the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
