Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer in the following order: 100% payment is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of not less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products at the consignee’s warehouse and issuing an invoice for large businesses;
100% payment is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of not more than 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of receipt of the Products at the consignee’s warehouse and issuing an invoice for small and medium-sized enterprises,
subject to the provision of the Buyer a full set of documents for payment for the Products:
- The original bill of lading (TORG-12 form) for the Products - 2 copies; - The original invoice - 1 copy;
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account specified in Article 10 of this Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
