Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the Products shall be made by the Buyer with a delay of not less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products to the Buyer, subject to the Supplier Settlements under the contract are made by transferring the funds to the Supplier's current account. Payment for the Products shall be made by the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date the Buyer signed and sent by the Supplier to him) 12 or UPD (Universal Transfer Document).
