Обоснование: Признать победителем открытого запроса предложений на право заключения договора на поставку оборудования для нужд телекоммуникационных и инженерных систем для нужд ПАО «Т Плюс» (ЦС ИТ в г. Пермь) участника, занявшего первое место, а именно: ООО «Сонет НН» (юридический адрес: 603109, г. Н. Новгород, ул. Ильинская, д.43в, кв.24 и фактический адрес: 603022, г. Н. Новгород, Окский съезд, д.2) на условиях и согласно техническому заданию Заказчика на сумму 339 365,64 (Триста тридцать девять тысяч триста шестьдесят пять) рублей 64 копейки с учетом НДС 18%.
Срок поставки (начало/окончание): с даты подписания договора – апрель 2017 г.
Объем поставки товара: 155 шт.
Условия оплаты: оплата Покупателем каждой партии продукции осуществляется после её получения при условии выставления Поставщиком счета-фактуры или УПД (Универсальный передаточный документ) в срок не менее 30 (Тридцати) и не более 60 (шестидесяти) календарных дней с момента поступления Продукции на склад и выставления счета-фактуры или УПД (Универсальный передаточный документ). В случае неполной поставки либо поставки Продукции, несоответствующей требованиям спецификации, оплата всей партии не производится до момента устранения Поставщиком указанных нарушений. Расчетные обязательства Покупателем исполняются в форме перечисления денежных средств на счет Поставщика или иным, не запрещенным законодательством способом. Момент оплаты считается дата списания денежных средств с расчетного счета Покупателя.
