поступила информация о том, что из-за технических
неполадок не все организации, намеренные принять
участие в открытом запросе предложений, успели
подать свои заявки на электронную торговую
площадку.
В целях недопущения ограничения конкуренции среди
участников, Закупочная комиссия по направлению
«энергосбытовая деятельность» принимает решение,
согласно п. 1.3.1. Документации по запросу
предложений, отказаться от проведения данной
закупочной процедуры и организовать новый открытый
запрос предложений на право заключения договора на
поставку офисной бумаги для оргтехники в срок до
31.12.2016г.
