Auto-extension

Payment terms:
If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment of the Products/Batch of Products shall be made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 or 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (dates signed by the Parties of the BIG-12 or UPD ( Universal Transfer Document)) provided the Purchaser provides the full set of documents for the Payment of the Products/Batch of Products:
- Original invoice (form TRG-12 or UPD (Universal Transfer Document)) for Products signed by Parties — 2 Exs. ;
- Original invoice — 1 ex.
If the Participant is a member of small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment of the Products/Batch of Products shall be made by the Buyer within 15 (15) working days from the date of delivery of the Products (date the Buyer signs the invoice on the form of the Barge-12/Reception Products/UPD (Universal Transfer Document)) based on Vendor's invoice. The invoice is invoiced by the Supplier within time and in accordance with the requirements of the Russian NC
Settlements under the Contract are made by transferring cash to the Supplier's checking account specified in Article 10 of the Agreement and may also have a different form of settlement that is not inconsistent with legislation of the Russian Federation
