The form and all conditions of the draft contract are indicated in part 3 "Draft contract". It is allowed to submit counter proposals for the following provisions (conditions) of the contract: it is allowed to reduce the advance payment (25 (twenty-five)% of the cost of the Equipment) provided for by subparagraph 3.1.1 of paragraph 3.1 of section 3 of the contract of part 3 "Draft contract" of volume 1 of the procurement documentation No. 82-15583 / 1, or the refusal of the advance payment. Under other provisions (conditions) of the contract (part 3 "Draft contract" of volume 1 of the procurement documentation No. 82-15583 / 1) counter offers are not allowed.
At the same time, proposals on the wording of the terms of the contract aimed at correcting grammatical and technical errors, if any were identified by the participant in the draft contract (part 3 "Draft contract" of volume 1 of the procurement documentation No. 82-15583 / 1), are not considered counterclaims.
