Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
- If the Bidder does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the batch of Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the batch of Products (the date of signing by the Parties of the COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12 or UPD (Universal Transfer Document)) provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for Products/ Batches of Products: original consignment note (COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process form-12 or UPD (Universal Transfer Document)) for Products signed by the Parties – 2 copies; original invoice – 1 copy.
- If the Bidder belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
payment for the Product / batch of Products is made by the Buyer within 7 (Seven) business days from the date of delivery of the Product (date of signing by the Parties of the invoice in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12/UPD (universal transfer document)) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. The invoice is issued by the Supplier on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Settlements under the agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account specified in Article 10 of this Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. Offers are secured by a penalty in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) contract price (including taxes).
3. The organizer of the offer request has the right to conduct a price regulation procedure.
4. The Bidder will be selected as the winner of the offer request, who has offered in aggregate the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this Bid Notice.
5. The contract based on the results of the request for offers, in case the winner is determined, will be concluded within 20 (twenty) days, but not earlier than ten calendar days from the date of posting the protocol on the results of the Call for Bidding in the unified information system.
6. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Offers set out in the Bid Notice on the request for offers with the notification of all Bidders.
