Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Product payment shall be made by the Buyer in the following order:
- for small and medium-sized businesses: Payment of the consignment shall be made by the Buyer within 15 (15) working days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date the Parties sign the consignment note on the form of TRADE-12/UPD (Universal Transfer Document)) based on the vendor's invoice. The invoice shall be issued by the Supplier on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Russian Tax Code.
- for large businesses: Payment for the Products/Batch shall be made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of not less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (dates of delivery) signatory by the Parties to the TRADE-12 or the UPD (Universal Transfer Document)) provided that the Buyer provides the Buyer with a complete set of documents for payment of the Products/Consignment:
- Original invoice (form TRADE-12 or UPD (Universal Transfer Document)) for Products signed by the Parties — 2 copies ;
- Original invoice — 1 copy
Payments under the Contract shall be made by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account specified in Article 10 of the Agreement and may also take a different form of settlement that is not inconsistent with legislation of the Russian Federation.
