Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer at least 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products to the Buyer, subject to the provision of documents by the Supplier. Settlements under the agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account. If the procurement participant is a small and medium-sized business, the Buyer makes payment for the Products no more than 15 working days, subject to the Supplier providing the documents. Settlements under the agreement are made by transferring funds to the current account of the Supplier.
