Оплата за фактически поставленный товар производится в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней со дня исполнения обязательств по договору.
Delivery terms:
1.Продукция должна быть маркирована и упакована в упаковку, обеспечивающую сохранность Продукции при перевозке и хранении, согласно ГОСТ, ТУ, ОСТ
2.Тара (упаковка) возврату не подлежит
3.Поставка осуществляетcя путем отгрузок Продукции железнодорожным или автомобильным транспортом силами и за счет Поставщика соответственно до ж/д станции назначения Грузополучателя или до склада Грузополучателя.
4.Объем поставки является предварительным и уточняется Заказчиком по текущей потребности. (*Возможна подача предложений на отдельные позиции лота)
5.Сроки поставки могут быть скорректированны, но только с письменного согласия Заказчика
6.Заказчик вправе отказаться от принятия Продукции по согласованной спецификации, если поставка по ней просрочена более, чем на пятнадцать календарных дней.
