НЕСОСТОЯВШЕЙСЯ на основании п. 7.5.2 а) Единого стандарта закупок, утвержденного Советом директоров ОАО «МРСК Урала» и п. 31 б) Документации в связи с принятием решения об отказе в допуске всем Участникам, подавшим заявки.
