Payment terms:
If the Party does not apply to small and medium-sized businesses: payment by the buyer of each lot of products is carried out after obtaining subject exhibiting Supplier invoice or UPD (Universal transfer document) within a period of not less than 30 (thirty) and not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from receipt of the Goods at the warehouse and invoicing.
If the participant applies to small and medium-sized businesses: payment by the buyer of each lot of products is carried out after obtaining subject exhibiting Supplier invoice or UPD (Universal transfer document) within a period of not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the Goods at the warehouse and invoicing.
Estimated obligations by the buyer shall be executed in the form of payments to a vendor account, or otherwise not prohibited by legislation of the way.
