Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for each batch of Products is made in the following order:
- 100% payment with a delay of not less than 30 and not more than 60 (*not more than 30 if the participant is an SMSP) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products to the warehouse of the Consignee and issuance of an invoice or UTP.
Payment for the Products shall be made by the Buyer from the date of receipt by the Buyer of the full set of documents for payment:
- Original of the consignment note (form TORG-12) /UPD for the Products signed by the Parties — 1 copy. ; $
- Original invoice/UDP — 1 copy.
Calculations under the contract are made by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Supplier, as well as may have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
