Обоснование: В связи с тем, что по результатам рассмотрения заявок только один участник запроса предложений и поданная им заявка были признаны соответствующими условиям запроса предложений, в соответствии с подпунктом б) пункта 1.2 статьи 6.4 главы 6 ЕОСЗ открытый запрос предложений признан несостоявшимся.
