Auto-extension

The Buyer shall pay for the Products with a delay of not less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties to the FRD provided that the Buyer provides the full a set of documents for payment for the Products:

In case of concluding an agreement with a small and medium-sized business entity:
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Buyer of the invoice signed and sent by the Supplier in the form TORG-12) based on the invoice issued by the Supplier. The invoice is issued by the Supplier on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
