Обоснование: 4.2. Признать Победителем закупки ЗАО "НБЭ" (457040, г. Южноуральск, Челябинской обл., ул. Заводская, д.1), ИНН 7424022191, КПП 742401001 (является субъектом МСП, малое предприятие).
Заказчику заключить договор с Победителем, в течение 20 рабочих дней, но не ранее 10 календарных дней с даты размещения на официальном сайте данного протокола, на поставку разъединителей-предохранителей и выключателей нагрузки 6-20 кВ для выполнения работ по основной деятельности и выполнения работ по технологическому присоединению для филиала ОАО "МРСК Урала" - "Пермэнерго" в 4 квартале 2018 года и в 2019 году, на сумму 1 863 178,47 руб. без НДС (2 198 550,59 руб. с НДС) со сроком поставки: в течение 45 календарных дней с момента заключения договора под потребность 4 квартала 2018 года и 1 квартала 2019 года, в период с 01.03.2019 года по 15.03.2019 года в объеме 2-го квартала 2019 года; в период с 03.06.2019 года по 14.06.2019 года в объеме 3-4-го квартала 2019 года и иными существенными условиями согласно документации о закупке и заявке Победителя.
