Обоснование: В соответствии с п. 25 документации (извещения), оценка и сопоставление заявок, которые содержат предложения о поставке товаров российского происхождения, производятся по цене договора, сниженной относительно указанной в заявке на 15 процентов, а договор с победителем заключается по цене договора, предложенной участником в его заявке. На основании указанного пункта, и в связи с тем, что участник АО "ПУСКОВОЙ ЭЛЕМЕНТ" предложил товары российского производства, признать победителем АО "ПУСКОВОЙ ЭЛЕМЕНТ" и заключить договор по цене и на условиях, предусмотренных заявкой на участие в запросе цен и закупочной документацией.
