Оценка Конкурсных заявок осуществляется Центральной конкурсной комиссией и иными лицами (экспертами и специалистами), привлеченными Закупочной комиссией. Оценка Конкурсных заявок включает отборочную стадию и оценочную стадию. Срок заключения договора согласно Конкурсной документации.
