Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties of TORG-12) / UPD, provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for the Products:
- Original consignment note (form TORG-12) / UPD (Universal transfer document), signed by the Parties - 2 copies;
- Original invoice / UPD (Universal transfer document) - 1 copy;
- Accompanying documents, in accordance with clause 2.4. Agreement - 1 copy.
If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer within 15 working days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties of TORG-12) / UPD, provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for the Products:
- Original consignment note (form TORG-12) / UPD (Universal transfer document), signed by the Parties - 2 copies;
- Original invoice / UPD (Universal transfer document) - 1 copy;
- Accompanying documents, in accordance with clause 2.4. Agreement - 1 copy.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account specified in article 10 of this Agreement, and may also have another form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
