Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for Products is made in the following order:
- If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment of the Products is made by the Buyer with a delay of payment not less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days (*with a delay of payment no more than 15 working days if the participant is SMSP) from the date of delivery Products (the dates of signing by the Parties TORG-12 or UDP (Universal Transfer Document), provided the Buyer provides the full set of documents for payment of the Products:
- Original of the consignment note (form TORG-12) or UDP (Universal Transfer Document) for the Products signed by the Parties;
- Original account;
- Original tax invoice.
Payment under the contract shall be settled by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account, ans also can be performed in any other form compliant with the Russian laws.
