Comments: , the obligations of the parties relating to the participation in the competition were provided with financial support in the amount of 3 (three) percent of the price of the proposal (including VAT), in the form of a bank guarantee, in accordance with the terms of the tender documents.
The participant of the contest as part of its proposal as a security for the performance of obligations related to participation in the contest and submitting an application, instead of the bank guarantee may provide security payment-cash amounting to 3% of initial (maximum) price of the lot.
