Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment for Products is made by the Buyer in the following order:
- If the Bidder does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
payment for Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of Products (date of signing by the Parties of the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12)/UPD, provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for Products:
Original consignment note (form COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12)/UPD for Products signed by the Parties – 2 copies; Original invoice/UPD – 1 copy.
- If the Bidder belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
payment for the Products is made by the Buyer within 7 (seven) business days from the date of delivery of the Products (date of signing by the Parties of the invoice in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12/UPD (universal transfer document)) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. The invoice is issued by the Supplier on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Settlements under the agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account specified in Article 10 of this Agreement, and may also have another form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Приложения №2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс» (Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур) признать несостоявшейся процедуру открытого запроса предложений №3460764/371/24 на право заключения договора на поставку теплообменника для ПГУ ПТЭЦ-6 для нужд Филиала «Пермский» ПАО «Т Плюс», так как отклонены все заявки на участие в закупке (закупка признана несостоявшейся в связи с тем, что по результатам ее проведения все заявки на участие в закупке отклонены).
