Requirements to the participants:- Участник конкурса должен обладать необходимыми профессиональными знаниями и опытом, ресурсными возможностями (финансовыми, материально-техническими, производственными, трудовыми), управленческой компетентностью, опытом и репутацией.
- Участник конкурса должен обладать гражданской правоспособностью в полном объеме для заключения и исполнения Договора (должен быть зарегистрирован в установленном порядке и иметь соответствующие действующие лицензии на выполнение видов деятельности в рамках Договора);
- Участник конкурса не должен являться неплатежеспособным или банкротом, находиться в процессе ликвидации, на имущество Участника конкурса в части, существенной для исполнения договора, не должен быть наложен арест, экономическая деятельность Участника конкурса не должна быть приостановлена;
- Участвовать в конкурсе могут юридические или физические лица (или объединение этих лиц) способные на законных основаниях оказать данный вид услуг;
- Участник дожжен быть членом саморегулируемой организации (СРО), иметь допуск СРО на право производства данного вида работ.
Documentation kit:Конкурсную документацию участники смогут получить через Торговую площадку Системы на конкурсной доске. Это произойдет лишь после того, как они подтвердят свое намерение участвовать в проводимом конкурсе.

Guarantee period expiry date: 14.12.2011 00:59
Guarantee cases:
  • commitment not to alter or revoke the Bid during its validity period after Bids submission deadline;
  • commitment not to deliberately provide false information or misrepresent the information and the documents submitted as part of Tender Bid;
  • commitment to sign the Protocol of tender results, if the participant is declared the winner and is duly notified of that;
  • commitment to conclude the Contract as provided by this Procurement documentation.
You can obtain E-Bank Guarantee in case the organizer requires tender bid guarantee and the parameters of such guarantee are known. Note! The form of security of tender bids (guarantee, deposit, other variants) shall be specified by organizer of the procedure in Tender Documentation
