Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the Products shall be made by the Buyer with a delay of at least 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products to the Buyer, subject to the provision of documents by the Supplier. Calculations under the contract are made by transferring money to the bank account of the Supplier. , and may also have a different form of payment, not contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
If the purchase participant is a small and medium-sized business entity, the Products shall be paid by the Buyer with a delay of no more than 30 days from the date of delivery of the Products to the Buyer, subject to the provision of documents by the Supplier. Calculations under the contract are made by transferring money to the bank account of the Supplier.
