Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer with a delay of payment not less than 30 (Thirty) and not more than 60 (Sixty) calendar from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties TORG-12) /UPD provided providing the Buyer with a full set of documents for payment of the Products:
- Original of the invoice (form TORG-12) /OPD for the Products signed by the Parties - 2 copies. ; $
- Original invoice/UDP — 1 copy.
Calculations under the contract are made by transfer of funds to the settlement account of the Supplier specified in Article 10 of this Agreement, and can also have other form of settlements not contradicting legislation of the Russian Federation.
