Auto-extension

If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer with a delay of payment not less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties of the TORG-12) /OPD, provided that Buyer of full set of documents for payment of Products:
Original of the consignment note (form TORG-12) /UPD for the Products signed by the Parties - 2 copies.; Original invoice/UPD - 1 copy.
If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer with a delay of payment no more than 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties of the TORG-12) /OPD provided that the Buyer is provided with full a set of documents for payment of Products:

Calculations under the contract are made by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Supplier, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation
