Payment terms:
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer with a delay of at least 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products to the Buyer, subject to the provision of documents by the Supplier. Settlements under the agreement are made by transferring funds to the current account of the Supplier.
If the procurement participant is a small and medium-sized enterprise, payment for the Products is made by the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the Products to the Buyer, on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. The invoice is issued by the Supplier on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
