Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment of the Party of Products shall be made by the Buyer with a delay of payment not less than 30 (thirty) and not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the consignment note (TORG-12), provided that providing the Buyer with a full set of documents for payment of the Products:
