Payment terms:
Settlements under the contract are made by bank transfer by payment orders in the following order: payment for goods is carried out by bank transfer on the basis of invoices issued by the Supplier on the following conditions:
Within 30 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract, receipt by the buyer of an appropriate invoice for advance payment and provision of security by the provider of the advance payment in accordance with clause 10.1 of the contract, the buyer will pay the supplier an advance payment of 30% (Thirty percent) of the contract price.
The final settlement in the amount of 70% (Seventy percent) of the contract price will be made upon delivery of the equipment within 45 calendar days from the delivery date specified in clause 6.12. agreement, on the basis of a consignment note signed by authorized representatives of the parties in the form of TORG-12, invoice and invoice for payment (subject to compliance with the requirements for their execution established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the agreement).
