Заказчику заключить договор с Победителем, в течение 20 рабочих дней, но не ранее 10 календарных дней с даты размещения на официальном сайте данного протокола, на поставку вакуумных выключателей 6-35 кВ для пополнения аварийного резерва и выполнения работ по технологическому присоединению для филиала ОАО "МРСК Урала" - "Пермэнерго" в 4 квартале 2018 года и в 2019 году, на сумму 4 354 450,00 руб. без НДС (5 138 251,00 руб. с НДС) со сроком поставки в течение 45 календарных дней с момента подписания договора и иными существенными условиями согласно документации о закупке и заявке Победителя.
