Обоснование: 4.2. На основании п. 7.5.2. (а) Единого стандарта закупок, утвержденного Советом директоров ОАО «МРСК Урала», и п. 31. (б) Документации о закупке признать процедуру запроса цен на право заключения договора на поставку зап. частей к выключателям/разъединителям для обеспечения основной деятельности и выполнения работ по технологическому присоединению для филиала ОАО «МРСК Урала» - «Пермэнерго» в 2018 году несостоявшейся в связи с тем, что принято решение об отказе в допуске всем Участникам закупки, подавшим заявки.
