- изменения или отзыва Конкурсной заявки, в том числе предложения, поданного на процедуру переторжки, в течение срока ее действия (п. 2.4.4) после истечения срока окончания подачи Конкурсных заявок;
- предоставления недостоверных сведений или искажения информации или документов, приведенных в составе Конкурсной заявки, в т.ч. предоставления сфальсифицированной (подложной, поддельной) банковской гарантии, а также: банковской гарантии с недостоверными сведениями;
- отказа Победителя конкурса подписать Протокол о результатах конкурса в установленном настоящей Конкурсной документацией порядке (п. 2.13);
- отказа Победителя конкурса или Участника конкурса, признанного единственным Участником при условии его соответствия требованиям Конкурсной документации, заключить Договор в установленном настоящей Конкурсной документацией порядке (п. 2.14) Note!
