Auto-extension

3.2. Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer in the following order:
- If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (date of signing by the Parties of TORG-12) / UPD, provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for the Products:
Original consignment note (form TORG-12) / UPD for Products signed by the Parties - 2 copies; Original invoice / UPD - 1 copy.
- If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer within 15 (Fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties of TORG-12) / UPD, provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for the Products:
Original consignment note (form TORG-12) / UPD for Products signed by the Parties - 2 copies; Original invoice / UPD - 1 copy.
3.3. Settlements under the agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account specified in article 10 of this Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
