Auto-extension

Payment terms:
- If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment of Products shall be made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 or 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (dates of signature by the Parties of the BIG-12) /UPD subject to delivery Purchaser of a complete set of documents for the Produce payment:
Original invoice (form BIG-12) /UPD for Products signed by Parties — 2 Exs; Original Invoice/UPD — 1 Exc.

Product payment shall be made by the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the Products (dates Parties signed the invoice on the BIG-12/UPD (Universal Transfer Document)) based on the Vendor's invoice. The invoice is invoiced by the Supplier within time and in accordance with the requirements of the Russian NC
The settlement of the contract shall be made by transferring money to the Supplier's account specified in Article 10 of this Agreement and may also have a different form of settlement that is not inconsistent with legislation of the Russian Federation
