Payment terms:
Payment for the Products shall be made by the Buyer with a delay of not less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products to the Buyer, subject to the Supplier Settlements under the contract are made by transferring the funds to the Supplier's current account.
Payment for the Products shall be made by the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date the Buyer signed and sent by the Supplier to him) 12 or UPD (Universal Transfer Document). The invoice shall be issued by the Supplier on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Russian Tax Code.
