Payment terms:Оплата Продукции производится Покупателем с отсрочкой не менее 30 и не более 60 календарных дней с момента поставки Продукции Покупателю, при условии предоставления Поставщиком документов. Расчеты по договору производятся путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика, а так же могут иметь иную форму расчетов, не противоречащую законодательству РФ.
В случае, если договор заключается с СМСП, то срок оплаты устанавливается в соответствии с действующим законодательством РФ: "Срок оплаты поставленного Товара (выполненных работ, оказанных услуг) по договору (отдельному этапу договора), заключенному по результатам закупки с субъектом малого и среднего предпринимательства, составляет не более 30 (тридцати) календарных дней со дня подписания Покупателем документа о приемке Товара (выполнении работы, оказании услуги) по договору (отдельному этапу договора)".
