Payment terms:Форма оплаты: безналичный расчет.
Оплата стоимости Товара производится Заказчиком на расчетный счет Поставщика следующим образом: путем перечисления 50% (пятьдесят процентов) предоплаты (аванса) суммы Договора, в течение 5 (пяти) банковских дней с момента подписания Договора обеими сторонами. Оставшаяся часть суммы – 50% (пятьдесят процентов) - перечисляется на счет Поставщика в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней с момента подписания Заказчиком накладной.
Оплата производится на основании получения счета на оплату Товара.
Датой оплаты является дата поступления денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика.
Delivery terms:Место поставки товара: 420095, Республика Татарстан, город Казань, ул. Восстания, д. 100.
Сроки поставки: не более 37 (тридцати семи) календарных дней с момента заключения договора.
Условия поставки: в соответствии с Частью 3 («Проект договора») закупочной документации.
