Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The Buyer transfers funds to the Seller's current account as an advance payment (advance payment) within 5 (five) business days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. The amount of the advance payment is determined by the Buyer independently.
Terms of delivery:
In accordance with the Agreement, the Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods and/or fuel to the Buyer at the Sales Points and/or gas stations, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Goods using the Cards in the procedure provided for by the Agreement (Section 4 of the Procurement Documentation).
The number of Cards, product name, Product Restrictors are determined by the Buyer independently through the Personal Account or indicated by the Buyer in the relevant order issued in accordance with Appendix No. 3 to the Agreement, except for the cases provided for in clause 4.2.8. Agreements.
Approximate volume of fuel supplied: AI-95 — 10,146.07 liters,
AI-92- 215.42 liters, diesel fuel - 1,743.00 liters. Fuel must be supplied at the retail price of the Point of Sale in effect at the time of refueling. The requirements for the delivery of the Goods are given in the terms of reference (Section 3 of the Procurement Documentation)
Place of delivery of the Goods: Petrol stations (gas stations) located on the territory of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
