Comments: The obligations of the Auction Participants related to the submission of Auction Bids are secured by cash in the amount of 5% (Five percent) of the initial (maximum) price of the Agreement, which is 772 865 (Seven hundred seventy two thousand eight hundred sixty five) rubles 28 kopecks.
The Participant has the right, instead of cash security, to provide the Auction Organizer with a bank guarantee in order to ensure the fulfillment of obligations related to the filing of the Auction Bid in the amount of 5% (Five percent) of the initial (maximum) price of the Agreement, which is 772 865 (Seven hundred seventy two thousand eight hundred sixty-five ) rubles 28 kopecks, on the conditions stipulated by section 7 of the Auction documentation.
