Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for materials and equipment: 20% advance, 80% within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Payment for work: 100% within 30 days from the date of acceptance of installation supervision and commissioning.
Delivery terms:The Supplier delivers materials and equipment on its own to the production facilities of the Customer. The shift camps are located in the Severo-Yeniseisky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (60 km from the Severo-Yeniseysk state settlement), there is the necessary road infrastructure.

Comments:
The cost of the contract includes the services of installation supervision and commissioning, the cost of equipment delivery.
The organizer reserves the right to re-track to which the Participants who have submitted the best offers will be admitted.
Note: this request for prices is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
