Payment terms:
Payment is made by the Customer not earlier than 30 and not later than 60 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of acceptance and delivery of performed works (rendered services) on the stage of the OPI, provided the Contractor provides set of documents:
- certificate of acceptance and delivery of performed works (services rendered) under the stage of the OPI signed by the Parties;
- design decision on the possibility of application of products at the water treatment plant Novocheboksarsky CHP-3, agreed in the organization that has the right to develop design solutions in the field of water treatment of open heating systems and DHS (only for payment of the fourth phase of the OPI, in accordance with the OPI Programme);
- invoices for payment; $
- invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of p.p. 5, 6 Art. 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
If the contract is concluded with the SMSP, the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation no more than 15 working days from the date of signing the certificate of acceptance and delivery of the performed works ( provided services) on the stage of the OPI, provided the Contractor provides a set of documents:
- certificate of acceptance and delivery of performed works (services rendered) under the stage of the OPI signed by the Parties;
- design decision on the possibility of application of products at the water treatment plant Novocheboksarsky CHP-3, agreed in the organization that has the right to develop design solutions in the field of water treatment of open heating systems and DHS (only for payment of the fourth phase of the OPI, in accordance with the OPI Programme);
- invoices for payment; $
- invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 5, 6 of Art. 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Term of execution of works (beginning and end): June 01, 2020 — May 31, 2021
