Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 11.06.1996 No. 693 approved the Regulation on ensuring a special regime in a closed administrative-territorial entity, on the territory of which the facilities of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Atomic Energy are located.
A special regime for the safe functioning of enterprises (organizations) has been established on the territory of the closed city of Sarov, which provides for restrictions on the entry of citizens into its territory.
A pass is required to enter the closed city of Sarov. The contractor is independently obliged to timely draw up documents for entering the city in accordance with the established rules.

Обоснование: В связи с тем, что после окончания срока подачи заявок на участие в запросе предложений на право заключения договора на проведение периодического медицинского осмотра работников, занятых на работах с вредными и опасными производственными факторами, не подано ни одной заявки, в соответствии с подпунктом б) пункта 1.1 части 1 статьи 6.4 ЕОСЗ ГК Росатом открытый запрос предложений признан несостоявшимся.
