The RFP participant is obliged to make a security payment in cash in the amount of 1% of the initial (maximum) cost of the lot (excluding VAT) as a security for the application for participation in the RFP.
The participant recognized as the Winner of the RFP is obliged to make a security payment in cash in the amount of 5% of the cost of the work specified in the final commercial proposal (excluding VAT) to the account of NTEK JSC according to the details specified in Appendix No. 9 of Block 4 to this documentation , or by providing a bank guarantee.
